John (the owner) is British born and emigrated to the United States in 1999.
Not all inspectors come with real-world experience, there are many who stumbled onto this profession from an office job. I, on the other hand, have built 100+ houses from the foundation up, with 18 years of engineering and construction experience under my belt. On weekends and days off, I can be found remodeling houses or grilling on my Kamado Joe.
Sooner Home Inspections LLC is licensed in Oklahoma (#70001873) and fully insured with general liability and E&O coverage. We offer residential home inspections along with sewer scopes, well inspections, septic inspections, mold inspections, and indoor air quality (IAQ) testing.
The credentials matter, but what I'd rather be known for is doing right by people: telling you what I'd tell my own family, getting the report back to you within 24 hours, and working around your schedule instead of mine.
